LESSONS

1. Revelation gladdens the heart. Good news makes a man healthy.
2. Spiritual insight fills a man with joy, and this joy affects his health positively.
3. Good, exciting and positive news refreshes, nourishes and makes a man healthy.
4. Give yourself to the word of God and gain insight that will build you up and fill your life with Joy.
5. The faith that the word of God builds in us, not only excites the mind, but also the cells in the body leading to good health. On the other hand, negative news, information, stories and thoughts saddens and depresses the mind and drains life out of man.
6. Pray always that God will lighten the eyes of your mind (give you revelations, insights), and commit to studying and meditating on the word of God to gain understanding.
7. Close your ears to bad and negative news, words and information.
8. Avoid people who spread bad news, negative words and stories. Distance yourself from negative thinking and talking people so you do not get polluted by them.

I pray that you will be daily enlightened by the word of God and that your faith will wax stronger daily and you will enjoy good health all your days in Jesus name. May joy from the revelation you receive overflow in you, causing you to enjoy good health in Jesus name.
