THINGS TO DO TO PROCURE THE BLESSING OF GOD
1. Turn from your sins and believe in Jesus Christ and start serving the Lord with all your heart and commitment.
25 And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

12 Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

Salvation is free, but you must do something to be saved. When peter preached on the day of Pentecost, the people were cut to the heart; they asked what they should do to be saved. When Paul and Silas were released from Jail, the jailer after hearing the gospel asked what he should do to be saved. Salvation is free but you must do something to be saved. The blessing of God is free but you must do something to receive it or activate it in your life.
Acts 2:37-39
37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” 38 Peter replied,
“Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off — for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

The life of Jesus is the blessed life. Once a person receives Jesus into his life, he is automatically given the life and nature of Jesus, which is the blessing of God. In this life, the believer is given everything he needs for life and godliness. He is empowered to succeed in life.
2 Peter 1:3
3. His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

The blessing of God will work in full in a man’s life only when he is in agreement with God. And we come into agreement with God when we repent and make peace with Him and surrender to Jesus to live His life. Once you have given your life to Jesus, live a totally surrendered life to Him everyday and the blessing will speak continually in your life. The blessing works as we serve the Lord in humility and obedience. As a believer, consider yourself blessed and favoured by God. Be blessing conscious.
I pray you will be open to the Lord and you will live a surrendered life to Jesus and walk with Him in humility and obedience all the days of your life in Jesus name.
