Ephesians 4:22-24
22. You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23. to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24. and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

To change your life, you must change the way you think. To change your life, you must change the way you see life. To change your life, you must see through the eyes of God, for a man relates with the world the way he sees the world. To eliminate the old (sinful) life, you must stop thinking like a sinner and start thinking like a son of God to manifest Christ. You can’t be thinking like the devil and live like God. You can’t be thinking like a sinner and live like a saint. You can’t be thinking like an ordinary man and live the supernatural life of God. Your thoughts give birth to your lifestyle- words and actions.
Having been born of God, you need to have your mind renewed with God’s word so you can look at people and issues from God’s perspective. This will enable you respond and react to them the way God would. Always remember that thoughts determine, emotions, words, responses, actions and reactions, behaviour, habits and characters. A man’s life is a sum total of his thoughts. Your life is a reflection of your thoughts.
Do not just read or hear the word of God. Let it renew and change the way you see life and think. Through a changed mindset, put on Christ.
I pray that the word of God will affect you positively and renew your mind daily and totally in Jesus name. I pray that from today you start thinking like a son of God in Jesus name.
